1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Nedarim, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
Nedarim provides software to run live fundraising events, including a public donation display, pledge entry, and donor management for nonprofit organizations.
3. Hosting & Infrastructure
Nedarim is a cloud-hosted platform. The software and your data are stored on enterprise-grade infrastructure provided by our hosting partner, with encryption in transit and at rest, regular backups, and standard security practices. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, but we aim to maintain high uptime.
4. Accounts & Eligibility
You are responsible for your account credentials and any activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
5. Pricing & Licenses
Nedarim is sold per-event based on pledge tiers. Purchased event licenses are non-refundable once an event has begun collecting pledges. The Free tier is provided as-is.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Nedarim for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to interfere with the platform, or to upload content you do not have rights to.
7. Donor Data
You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to collect, store, and display donor information on the platform and on any public live display.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nedarim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost donations or pledges arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
